I'm horrible at explaining things..so I hope this helps a little. LMAO. And I hope you can read my handwriting. x____x

Is Paint tool Sai better than photoshop for this kind of art?

P.S I don't have SAI, but I see a lot of work done with it..))

Kind of! Sai's brushes are more EASILY customizable.
For example, if you wanted a blending brush in photoshop you would have to make a brush that is basically a customized smear tool. In Sai there's different types of brushes and you just change the scroll bars and dropdown menus to customize them. <:

Which is why Sai is preferred for line art and coloring whereas photoshop is amazing for editing. >.<

photoshop is more for complicated things while Sai is more simple uses. It doesn't have a whole lot of filters and modes.
